Living Your Dream: Mom Time in '09 Final Question!

When you are thinking about time for yourself, what do you vision? Is it more time in the bath tub, or maybe just some time alone in the bathroom! For some of you it may be curling up with a good book by the fire. For all of us, it can be a time of self reflection and even self improvement!

How many times are you able to stop and think about your dreams? That's why this final question is: What is it that you are doing to live your dream?

This is such a BIG question, but we think it is valuable to reflect on what is going great in your life! Everyone has something no matter how small that is a blessing to them and is part of their dream! Think about it!

So, what is it that I am doing to live my dream? Let me tell you, I am completely honest when I say this, but I feel as if I truly live my dream every day! None of this would be possible without the love of my Savior, Jesus Christ. With God comes all peace, happiness, and fulfillment... all that you will ever need! Isn't that encouraging? He wants you to have the best life possible and if you look to him he will take care of you! Will there be no hard times? No! There are still going to be trials, but you can rest assured that someone else has already won the battle for you! The feeling of freedom is a priceless gift!

God has blessed me with a wonderful Husband. I could not have asked for more in a man. He is completely encouraging and an awesome father. We have been together for about 9 years! Who else could have the entire delievery room cracking up (including myself) while pushing! Another dream come true is our son Graham! I never knew how amazing being a mother would be! It is so cool to watch this little man grow! I am also blessed with a wonderful family. Some of them live near by and others far away...but they are all sources of encouragement and love.

I also have some of the most amazing friends. My best friend has been around since we were three and another best friend I have the previledge to share my job with! It is so nice to have friends who are close that you can laugh and cry with! Everyone has heard about Piera... who hasn't been to Jolly Mom? Well, I am blessed to have become great friends with her as well!

There are a million other things that I could list here from my job as a counselor where I am allowed to job share or my volunteer "job" as a sunday school teacher where those girls give me so much energy, but I would be here all day....
