Oh yes! I am a bib using mother! You know, there are several types of moms out there. The ones that painstakingly deliver the food into the baby's mouth with perfect entry avoiding all mess therefore not needing a bib and the ones that like to let their kids have a little fun with it, let them try it, and are BUSY and therefore need a bib! The later one is me! Graham just recently stopped wearing a bib (even though he still needs one)!Throughout all of Graham's bib wearing days, the thing that most disappointed me about them was the fact that his adorable clothes were always covered. It seems like you receive all of these wonderfully cute cloths at baby showers only for them to spend about 3/4 of their time covered!
Hattie Rose Designs is an adorable online shop that specializes in handmade bibs and burp cloths for your baby. This wonderfully creative store is the brain child of mom, Jill Sandager. She started designing beautiful bibs and burp cloths for her daughter because she was tired of covering her cute cloths with unimaginative bibs. She also needed a bib that would work longer than an hour when a baby was drooling. The result of her research and creativity sprung forth Hattie Rose Designs!
I had the chance to sample two of my favorite designs from the website. My favorite for girls is the Rosie Bib. This beautiful bib would be perfect for church or other special occasions. It is designed to look like a dress! I have honestly never seen a more beautiful bib in my life!
My favorite for a boy is the Casey Bib. Not only does it make your little guy look like a rail road conductor, but it is created out of sturdy fabric on the front that is sure to stand the test of time! The backing of all Hattie Rose bibs are a thick, yet soft terry cloth to quickly soak up moisture so that it isn't on your baby's clothing or skin.
These bibs retail for about $17.95 and most can be purchased with matching burp cloths! This would be an excellent idea for a unique baby shower gift. I can honestly say that I adore these bibs and would absolutely recommend them to a friend!

I happen to love the Casey bib because my grandsons great-great grandfather Was an enginner & I have pic of him & his trains...
