Easy Homemade Mac and Cheese!

Ingredients:
1 box of elbows (I use Barilla Plus because of the Omega-3)
1/4 stick of Velveeta Cheese
Milk for consistency
Butter to taste (we use Smart Balance)
Instructions:
Cook your pasta as directed on the box. Chop the Velveeta into the pasta over low heat. Add milk for the consistency you want and butter to taste. Mix together until the cheese has completely melted. Viola! You're Done! Easy and less processed! (Don't worry if your Macaroni and Cheese seems less orange than the boxed kind. That's normal).

Okay, this sounds way too easy. And I love that Velveeta brick stuff (but never have a reason to buy it). Thanks!!

I grew up eating this. It's soooooooo yummy! I made it for my son's 2 months ago. I haven't made it in awhile. My oldest said, "What's this?" He tried it and gobbled it up asking for more. LOL

I use regular mac and cheese and add some hot dog sliced up. YUM! I just had this for dinner tonight because I was late with cooking!
