Classic Toys with Babalu.
My friends and I are constantly comparing notes and sharing ideas when it comes to most anything, but especially when it comes to gift ideas! There are seas of gifts out there and not enough time in the day to sort through it all. I normally go towards something that is solid, unique, and going to appeal to a child for a long time. When I was introduced to Babalu I knew I had to share them with you because they have classic toys with integrity. We were sent the ABC Building Blocks set by WJ Fantasy (a company that Babalu recently acquired) to review from their collection. Graham plays with these pretty much every day. They are great because they nest and can be put away easily! The illustrations by Sarah Buell Dowling are vivid and catch your eye, making it fun to learn and play. Each letter of the alphabet is featured along with an identifying picture ("T" is for "Train"). Graham uses these traditionally, as stacking blocks, but I also find him using them to store things and as drum sets! Because they are varied in size they make a great little drum set for your creative one. He also finds a lot of joy in knocking them down once he has stacked them to the top (must be a boy thing). The ABC Building Blocks retail for about $17.95.

Babalu also features some fun Felt Story Boards that can be great for play and learning alike. There are 6 different FeltTales to choose from so you are sure to find one that fits with your child perfectly. I've always been a fan of felt story boards because they really let your child's imagination soar! They can enter a new world and make up their own stories to go with the felt characters. FeltTales retail for about $19.99.

What great Christmas gift ideas, especially for the kid who has everything! You can purchase WJ Fantasy toys from Amazon or Kazoo Toys. The Babalu FeltTales can be found at specialty stores nationwide as well as Amazon and Round Table Toys.
This giveaway has ended. Congratulations to Natalie A.
