Printies. Make Your Own Stuffed Animals!

I love toys that can be personalized and involve a child's imagination. It is so much fun to watch kids create and become excited over something they made! Printies is a new crafty toy that has already won several toy awards.The concept is simple, you can create your own stuffed animals and creatures at home! All you need is a computer, printer and the Printies Design Studio. We were sent the Pet Printies to try out. What you need to do first is locate the secret code that is inside the box. This allows you access to the online design studio. Once you are in you can create a user name and a password in order to save all of your creations. There are several different patterns and images that have been created for you to use, or you can draw or download your own pictures to use on your Printies!

Once you have your design created, you can use the practice template to do a test run of your Printies. If everything looks good you can then print out your creation on the special Printies fabric paper. The designs are pre-cut and easily torn out once printed. After you've torn your image out you can stuff it with the included stuffing and wand and att
ach the feet. It is quick, simple and fun! The best part is there is no sewing or gluing and definitely no mess!I was quickly sucked into the design studio! I can see how this would be a great way for parents and children to spend some quality time together. You could spend hours designing and creating all of the fun new animals! You could even design a special character just for a friend or parent as a gift. With all of the customization options, the possibilities really are endless!
Printies can be found at most stores as well as online at Amazon. They retail for about $19.99 and include six different forms.
