Graham is a huge fan of The Cat in the Hat iPhone app.  It has the same wonderful illustrations that you will find in the book and will read the story to your child.  You can also choose to read the story yourself.  This app along with the Dr. Seuss's ABC iPhone app also has a wonderful feature that lets your child hear and see the words of items they touch on the screen.  I enjoy how this feature is great for learning by using repetition and word recognition.  Graham loves these Dr. Seuss apps so much that we even bought The Cat in the Hat DVD for him from Walmart.
