Lemon Chicken Casserole Recipe {Guest Post}
Lemon Chicken Casserole
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked/chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 1 sleeve butter crackes, crumbled
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp poppy seeds
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream and lemon juice in a casserole dish.
3. Cover with crackers and drizzle with butter and poppy seeds.
4. Cook for 30-45 minutes until golden brown.
Kitchen Tip-of-the-Day:
If using fresh lemons, throw a piece of the rind of the lemon into the sink with the garbage disposal turned on to give your kitchen a nice (and cheap) lemony scent!

I was wondering what the black was. I thought it was pepper and I'm glad it's not. Can you imagine hwat that would taste like with that much pepper?
