Easy Pancakes from Scratch! Ingredients You Have in Your Cabinets {recipe}
Easy Pancakes Recipe
What you will need:
1 cup flour
2 Tbls baking powder
2 Tbls sugar
1 tsp salt
2 Tbls vegetable oil
1 cup milk
1 egg beaten
Preparation:
Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl and create a well. Mix the wet ingredients together and pour into the well of the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth. Heat a griddle or slightly buttered pan to medium heat and pour about 1/4 cup of batter out for each pancake. Brown on both sides and eat! We use a griddle (because we are IHOP like that) and I always set it to 350 degrees and butter the griddle once. YUM!

I had no idea! I tried to make them myself once and they were lousy. Thanks for the recipe!
PS. What did you decide? The school year is almost over!
