The boys absolutely adore Bojangle’s Bo-Berry Biscuits. I’m not exactly sure when this obsession began, but it is a very real one. So, we generally indulge them every other weekend or so in a special treat. I can remember loving them when I was just a little girl myself.
So, a few Saturdays ago when I woke up trying to decide what to feed those hungry boys I noticed my batch of fresh blueberries in the fridge and decided to get creative. The end result turned out pretty well if I do say so myself. Not to mention, this recipe is super easy and takes no time at all! Hallelujah for simple! My husband lovingly refers to these as Faux-Berry Biscuits.
